Allergy Request Guidelines (locked)

Please use the following guidelines to try to submit new allergens:

1) This category is intended for you to request a new Allergen to be added to our site content. Please add any posts with a different topic to one of the other appropriate categories. We may move your topic to another category if it is misplaced.

2) Look through the posts to see if your request has already been made. If so, post a reply to that topic. Some allergens take a long time to research and update the ingredients to link to them. More interest in certain requests allow us to set some priorities on what to work on next.

3) If your request hasn’t already been made, create a new one. Please be as specific as possible to the allergy or group of ingredients (meats, dairy, etc). If you request is not due to an allergy, but instead to a medical condition or other preference, let us know!
