Am gluten, casein, egg, and corn-free. Tapioca seems to be in most recipes as a “substitute.”
Am still learning… though it seems that there isn’t much out there regarding best substitute for tapioca starch and flour in recipes. Could you help? A great start would be adding it to your list.

Arrowroot flour is a good substitute for tapioca flour, as it has nearly the same consistency. Arrowroot flour can also be used a thickener in place of cornstarch.
