My son has numerous allergies, but corn is a big one. Cornmeal, cornstarch, corn syrup, etc. Also he is not allergic to white rice, but is allerigc to brown and wild rice.
Corn is a major mold carring food. Wonder if the more processed rice doesn’t have as much for the mold to eat, and is more mold-free? (Don’t quote me on that.)
