I found out that my twin boys jorden and russel are both allergic to cows milk and eggs. jordens allergy to the milk and eggs are worse then russels. my boys love to go get ice creame with daddy but they cant have that anymore. I found out that they had allergies when they were 10 months old. jorden has had a rash all over his body since he was 2 months old. I had to switch them from regular formula to soy when jorden was 2 months and russy was 3 months. I cant give them half the foods that they like I have to compensate, find other ways to make food and make it taste good. im lucky that they arnt picky eatters. as I look in this site more and more I find things that make it easier for me to comidate things for the boys to eat but I also learn things that they can not eat. when we go out to eat I have to watch what is in the food and when I go to the grocery store I have to read the lables on every thing. I have learned differant names for milk you have to watch for that.
