I recently found out that I am allergic to yeast, corn, soy, rye, buckweat, white potatoes and chocolate. I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to cook and eat out, especially because I don’t eat a lot of meat other than fish. I am considering possibly beginning to eat white meat again, but so much is processed these days that it makes me ill anyway.
