I joined this wonderful site for my teenager daughter, diagnosed with DIETARY FRUCTOSE INTOLERANCEDFI (with delayed gastric emptying and POTS). It’s been a challenge to make sure her diet packs a nutritional punch! We’ve learned a lot, like the importance of supplements, as well as variety and the benefits of learning about and using substitutions. We were given a “list of don’t’s” and sent on our way. There’s only 1 book out there with ideas and recipes that has been VERT helpful, but this site also has been helpful. The book is called ’Living With Dietary Fructose Intolerance: A Guide to Managing your Life With this New Diagnosis", by Judy Smith (amazon.com)
