I’m looking for recipes for my infant daughter who has many allergies as well as severe eczema. My family has been dealing with the allergies since she was born. I am at my wits end!! I feel so lost and confused especially at the grocery store. Something that used to take me an hour to go food shopping now takes me more than 3 hours to do!! The worst part nobody who works there has any knowledge about allergies. Why isn’t there a law requiring a liscenced nutrionist with the knowledge of food allergies in supermarkets??!! I haven’t found any tips or tricks to help my situation but am open for suggestions.
