I have always had a good amount of food allergies throughout my life that I have reacted to. Recently, I was diagnosed with Eosinphilic Esophigitis which means that I am reacted to more foods internally and it is starting to close my throat. I got allergy tested and found that I have 43 known food allergies. When I heard this, I was overwhelmed and couldn’t figure out how to deal with this. Do I cut everything out, should I still have some in moderation, what can I eat that doesn’t have any of my food allergies. These are just a few thoughts that went through my head. I have tried many allergy free cookbooks, but nothing helped because if it was a “wheat free” meal, it obviously contained another food allergy. The thing I love about this website is that after you put in your food allergies, it will bring up recipes that do not contain any allergens. While there were not many, there was enough to give me hope.
