Recipe Servings: 3-4 Description: Very good dessert. Substitute other fruits to make a berry pie. Allergens: Animal, Apple, Beet, Brewers yeast, Cinnamon, Corn, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Nut, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

3/4 cup Allergy_none sugar
1-1/2 cup Allergy_none apple , unpeeled
1/2 cup Allergy_none nuts , chopped
2/3 cup Allergy_none flour
1 tsp Allergy_none baking powder
1 tsp Allergy_none vanilla
1/2 tsp Allergy_none cinnamon
dash Allergy_none salt

Instructions: In one bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until sugar is incorporated. Add vanilla and apples and mix.

In a different bowl, mix remaining ingredients with fork until evenly combined (nuts, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt).

Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir until combined.

Put in 8"x8" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, or until golden on top.
