1-1/4 cups Allergy_none all purpose flour
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Allergy_none brown sugar
1 tbsp Allergy_none baking powder
2-1/2 tsp Allergy_none cinnamon , divided
1/8 tsp Allergy_none salt
2 Allergy_none egg whites
1/2 cup Allergy_none skim milk
3 tbsp + 1 tsp Allergy_none oil
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none apples , chopped, peeled

Instructions: Muffins: Mix cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Combine egg whites, milk and oil in small bowl; add to flour mixture and mix to moisten flour. Fold in apples. Spoon into muffin pans coated with cooking spray.

Topping: Lightly crush cereal; mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle oil over mixture; stir with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
