Recipe Servings: 5 to 6 cups beans Prep Time: all day crock pot cooking plus 5 minutes Description: These beans can be mashed or left whole to serve on rice, to fill tortillas or serve as nachos. 2 cups Allergy_none beans , dry, (black, pinto, etc), washed
1 can Allergy_none rotel tomatoes
2 large cloves Allergy_none garlic
2 Tbsp Allergy_none oil

Instructions: Wash and cook beans in crock pot all day on high. (Start with boiling water if you're in a hurry.) Pour beans into a collander and rinse.
Pour oil into a 4 qt. pot, heat, and saute garlic until fragrant. Quickly add rotel and cook a minute or two, then add beans. Mash Beans or leave whole.
Serve with rice, in tortillas or as nachos.
