1/2 cup Allergy_none water , to start

Instructions: Combine ingredients to a 'play dough' consistency and by spoonfuls, cook on a waffle cone maker 5-7 minutes each. These can get very crisp.
Rice flour usually needs only 1/2c. water.
Oat flour needs 3/4c. water and a few minutes to stand, so it can absord the liquid.
Can add other seasonings, like garlic, flax seeds, etc.
