2 Tbsp Allergy_none flour
6 medium Allergy_none potatoes , scrubbed, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 16-oz can Allergy_none beef stock
pinch Allergy_none pepper , to taste
pinch Allergy_none salt , to taste
1-2 Allergy_none shallots , minced
2-3 Tbsp Allergy_none olive oil
1- 1.5 lbs Allergy_none beef , cut up in 1 inch cubes

Instructions: Coat beef cubes in flour, brown all sides in olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots. After 2-3 minutes, add beef stock, potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

Depending on fructose tolerance, you can add tolerated/ desired vegetables, though this is very tastey without.

Serve with warm homemade or bakery bread (fructose-free).

Note: nutritionist listed all ingredients as tolerated by fructose-intolerant people, though a couple of these ingredients came up with an alert. My FI daughter did well with this.
