Recipe Servings: 4 Prep Time: 30 min. Description: something for fructose-free, just change out a few ingredients to make it yours. Allergens: Broccoli, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Miscellaneous, Olive, Shellfish, Shrimp, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites Ingredient List:

1 - 1.5 lbs Allergy_none shrimp , peeled & deveined
1-3 cloves Allergy_none garlic , as tolerated, minced
2 cups Allergy_none broccoli floret , (or other veggie), cut up so bite-sized
pinch Allergy_none salt
1/4 cup Allergy_none parmesan cheese , grated
1 lb Allergy_none pasta , any type - we like homemade
1/2 cup Allergy_none olive oil , (or other tolerated oil)

Instructions: Cook pasta (use your favorite) according to directions.
Saute broccoli and garlic in olive oil for a couple of minutes, leaving broccoli firm. Add shrimp, saute for a few minutes till shrimp is no longer translucent and turns pink. Toss shrimp and oil with drained pasta in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Add parmesan cheese to taste. (I actually use a little more than 1/2 cup of parmesan)
