Recipe Servings: 6 servings Description: Homemade meat loaf. Many of the vegetable ingredients may be substituted depending on allergies. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Beet, Brewers yeast, Celery, Cinnamon, Cloves, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Oats, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Tomato, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F.
Coat a pan (at least 4"x8") with cooking spray.
Add the following to one large bowl and stir well: shallots, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato, celery, tomato paste and 1/2 cup of the ketchup. Add the ground meat and oats; mix until blended (stir or mix with clean hands). In the pan, shape the mixture into a loaf. Brush the remaining ketchup onto the top of the loaf.
Bake at 375 for approximately 55 minutes or until done. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
