Recipe Servings: about 10 servings Description: These are honestly the best pot stickers you will ever have. If make right, no can defense. 12 oz Allergy_none tofu
1 Allergy_none onion , finely chopped
2 tbsp Allergy_none ginger , minced
0.75 lbs Allergy_none bean sprouts
2 tbsp Allergy_none soy sauce
1 tbsp Allergy_none sesame oil
1 tbsp Allergy_none pepper
1 Allergy_none egg
2 pkg Allergy_none wonton wrappers

Instructions: boil bean sprouts till soft but firm, and chop finely.
using a cheesecloth, strain as much water out of tofu as possible.
combine pork, bean sprouts, tofu, ginger and onion and mix with hands.
add soy sauce, oil, pepper, and egg and mix some more with hands.
filling should be pasty, not liquidy. If too liquidy, add one or two tablespoons of flour.

coat two sides of wonton wrapper with egg white or wrapper, and fill wrapper with about 2 tsp of filling.
Fold wrapper in half so it makes a triangle (or semicircle)
you can pan fry, steam, or boil. extra mandu can be frozen and cooked later.
