Egg-free french toast

Recipe Servings: 2 slices Description: French toast without the eggs! Now you don't have to watch your family eat it without you. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Soy, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vanilla, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

|
Instructions: Preheat a frying pan to medium heat.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for bread and margarine. Mix until everything is dissolved.
Dip both sides of each bread slice into the mixture.
Melt the margarine on the frying pan. Place the bread on the frying pan and cook each side to a light golden brown.
Add your favorite topping like powdered sugar, brown sugar or syrup and then serve.
