Easy egg free chocolate mousse

1/4 cup Allergy_none water
2/3 cup Allergy_none sugar
1 cup Allergy_none chocolate chips
1 cup Allergy_none whipped cream
1 tsp Allergy_none vanilla

Instructions: Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan, until the sugar is dissolved. Add the chocolate and melt this until it becomes smooth. Set the pan in cold water to cool the mixture. Then place it in the refrigerator until chilled completely. Once chilled, then whisk until creamy.

In a separate bowl, beat the vanilla and creme, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture

Spoon into serving dishes or cups and serve.

This is extra sweet. I might try to come up with a better way of making this recipe.
