Baked sweet potato

Recipe Servings: 4 Description: An easy southern favorite. Great as a side or even a sweet dessert. You can bake other potatoes in the same way or use other toppings, if you prefer. Allergens: Beet, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Miscellaneous, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Sweet potato Ingredient List:

Instructions: Wash sweet potatoes and brush each one with vegetable oil. Arrange on oven rack and bake for about 40 minutes at 450 Fahrenheit (or until tender). Remove and prick each to let the steam out. Cut a 2 inch slit down the center of each potato. Top with butter and brown sugar; then serve.
