Recipe Servings: 1 pan Description: Great tasting banana bread. Makes a good loaf or muffins; great for a few days of breakfasts. Allergens: Animal, Banana, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Nut, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Tree nut, Vanilla, Walnut, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

QtyName
1/2 cup Allergy_none shortening
1 cup Allergy_none sugar
1 Allergy_none egg
3 or 4 Allergy_none bananas , ripe
3 tbsp Allergy_none milk
2 cup Allergy_none all purpose flour
1 tsp Allergy_none baking soda
1/2 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/2 tsp Allergy_none vanilla
1/2 cup Allergy_none walnuts

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 cake pan, cupcake pans or a loaf pan.

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and banana. Sift in dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Mix together.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

instead of the all purpose flour in recipes, can you exchange it for gluten free flour???
