Inspired from back home (New Orleans) Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Pecan, Soy, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Tree nut, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

1 cup Allergy_none evaporated milk
3 tbsp Allergy_none light corn syrup
1 tbsp Allergy_none margarine
1 tsp Allergy_none vanilla
as needed Allergy_none pecans , whole

Instructions: Cook sugar, milk and syrup to a soft ball. Add remaining ingredients and beat until stiff. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool.
