Recipe Servings: 10 - 12 Description: A hearty soup, great for the cold winter months. Experiment with different vegetables to fit your allergy needs. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Cabbage, Capsaicin/peppers, Carrot, Celery, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Nightshade, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, White potato Ingredient List:

QtyName
1 tsp Allergy_none garlic salt
1/2 lb Allergy_none carrots , sliced
3 glops Allergy_none tabasco
4 or 5 Allergy_none potatoes , cubed
1 1/2 tsp Allergy_none chili pepper
1 can Allergy_none corn
1 can Allergy_none mixed vegetables
as needed Allergy_none salt
3 1/2 lbs Allergy_none chuck roast
5 cups Allergy_none tomato juice
2 Allergy_none onions , chopped
5 stalks Allergy_none celery , chopped
3/4 small head Allergy_none cabbage , chopped
as needed Allergy_none pepper
2 Allergy_none bay leaves

Instructions: Simmer all ingredients together (except carrots, potatoes, corn and mixed vegetables).
Add water as needed.
When meat is tender, remove meat and cut into bite size.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook until potatoes are done.
If you can find the seasoning mix Knorr Hearty Beef, you can add it to make it richer.
