1 cup Allergy_none peanut butter
1 Allergy_none egg
1 cup Allergy_none sugar

Instructions: Cream peanut butter and sugar.
Add egg and mix until smooth.
Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cooking sheet.
Flatten balls by criss-crossing with a fork to about 1/3 inch thickness.
Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned and firm to the touch (about 10 to 12 minutes).

They were very good cookies. Easy to make . The cookies were very hard. Hard to break apart. But over all 3 stars. * * *
