Recipe Servings: 4 - 5 dozen Description: Chocolate cookies with a little gooey goodness in the middle. 3/4 cup Allergy_none cocoa
1 tsp Allergy_none baking soda
1 cup Allergy_none sugar
1 cup Allergy_none brown sugar
1 cup Allergy_none butter
2 tsp Allergy_none vanilla
2 Allergy_none eggs

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add in the sugars and butter; then cream until light. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and pecans.

Take a tablespoon of dough. Put the rolo in the middle and press the dough around the candy.

Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until slightly cracked. Remove from oven, cool, and serve.
