1 tbsp Allergy_none all purpose flour
1 tsp Allergy_none salt
3/4 cup Allergy_none half-and-half
2 cups Allergy_none potatoes , cooked, cubed
2 cups Allergy_none chicken , cooked, cubed

Instructions: Saute onion in margarine.
Stir in flour and salt.
Gradually stir in half-and-half.
Cook stirring until thickened.
Stir in potatoes and chicken.
Cover skillet and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
