Recipe Servings: 4-6 Description: A favorite in our family. Great for a lunch or a side to a dinner. Allergens: Animal, Celery, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Nightshade, Onion, Parsley, Pepper, Pork, Spices, Sugar, White potato Ingredient List:

1/4 tsp Allergy_none pepper
8 slices Allergy_none bacon
2 tbsp Allergy_none parsley , minced
pat Allergy_none butter
4 Allergy_none potatoes , med, diced
1 Allergy_none onion , large, diced
1/2 cup Allergy_none celery , diced
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none water
3 cups Allergy_none milk
1-1/2 tsp Allergy_none salt

Instructions: Combine potatoes, onion, celery, and water.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until done.
Mash vegetables in the water they cooked in.
Add milk, salt, and pepper.
Reheat.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Add bacon and parsley before serving.
Add butter to it while cooking in second stage for added flavor.
