Recipe Servings: 6 Description: A nice wholesome meal. My kids loved this with mashed potatoes and green beans. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Beef, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Nut, Onion, Pepper, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Put bread in a bowl.
Pour tomato juice over it.
Pour salt and pepper in.
Pour in onion.
Squeeze together and work the meat in.
Shape into small loaf sizes.
Put in baking dish.
Put in hot oven for 10 to 30 minutes to let grease cook out.
Drain and put gravy on it and return to oven.
Works well served over cooked noodles. You may want to cook extra noodles and another pack of gravy.
