Recipe Servings: 1 sandwich worth Description: Egg-celent Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Celery, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

2 tbsp Allergy_none mayonnaise
1 tbsp Allergy_none green onion
1 tbsp Allergy_none celery
as needed Allergy_none salt
as needed Allergy_none pepper

Instructions: Hard boil your egg.
Chop up your green onion and celery (if you haven' already...not sure how you got them in a tablespoon).
Mix up all that goodness, slap it on some bread and eat it!

Source of Recipe: My grandmother always made the best egg salad. This isn't hers, but she inspired me to make it.
