1 lb Allergy_none cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cup Allergy_none bisquick

Instructions: Melt cheese in double broiler. Mix the bisquick and sausage. Combine cheese and other mixture. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen for later use.
