1-11 oz can Allergy_none condensed cream of mushroom soup
6 Allergy_none eggs , slightly beaten
2 tbsp Allergy_none all purpose flour
2 cups Allergy_none ham , cubed
2 Allergy_none pie shells , deep dish 9 inch
2 tbsp Allergy_none margarine
1/2 cup Allergy_none green onion
1/2 cup Allergy_none green pepper
1 clove Allergy_none garlic , large
2 cups Allergy_none cheese , grated
1-12 oz can Allergy_none evaporated milk

Instructions: 1. Saute green pepper, green onion, and garlic in margarine.
2. In bowl, mix rest of ingredients then add content of step #1.
3. Split the mixture in two and add to the pie shells.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
5. Partially bake the pies for 6 minutes.
6. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
7. Bake 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
