Recipe Servings: 2 whole quiches Description: A baked dish that is made primarily of eggs and milk or cream in a pastry crust Allergens: Animal, Cheese, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gelatin, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Nut, Onion, Pepper, Pork, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Saute green pepper, green onion, and garlic in margarine.
2. In bowl, mix rest of ingredients then add content of step #1.
3. Split the mixture in two and add to the pie shells.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
5. Partially bake the pies for 6 minutes.
6. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
7. Bake 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
