Recipe Servings: 8 Description: Casseroles are a big hit with our family and work well as leftovers. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Chicken, Citrus, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Nut, Onion, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

4 Allergy_none chicken breast , cooked, cut up
1 dozen Allergy_none tortillas , cut up
1 Allergy_none onion , grated
1 can Allergy_none condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can Allergy_none condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can Allergy_none rotel tomato
1 cup Allergy_none milk
1 lb Allergy_none cheddar cheese , grated
2 tbsp Allergy_none chicken broth

Instructions: 1. Mix onion, soup, tomatoes, and milk.
2. Butter a large casserole dish.
3. Fill dish with 2 tbsp chicken broth.
4. Layer the bottom of the dish with tortillas.
5. Spread chicken in pan.
6. Mix the soup mixture from #1 into the pan.
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
8. Refrigerate overnight.
9. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
