Recipe Servings: 1 pie (about 6-8 servings) Description: A favorite at Thanksgiving, but good all year round Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Nut, Pecan, Sugar, Sugar cane, Tree nut, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Beat the eggs and sugar well.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (besides pecans) and beat again.
3. Place pecans on crust and pour mixture over them.
4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
5. Reduce heat to 270 degrees for 45 minutes.
