Parmesan potato skins

Recipe Servings: 8 servings Description: Nice for an appetizer or a party. Similar to those you can find at restaurants. Allergens: Animal, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Nut, Paprika, Soy, Sugar, Sulfites, White potato Ingredient List:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit. With a knife, remove the skins from the cleaned potatoes. in 1/4 inch thick strips. Save the inside of the potatoes for another use.
In a large bowl, toss the skins with butter. In a large pan, arrange them skin side up. Bake for 10 minutes and then turn them over.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese and pepper. Bake for 15 more minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
