1 1/2 lb (4 large) Allergy_none potatoes , scrubbed
1/4 cup Allergy_none margarine , melted
1/3 cup Allergy_none parmesan cheese , freshly grated
to taste Allergy_none paprika

Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 Fahrenheit. With a knife, remove the skins from the cleaned potatoes. in 1/4 inch thick strips. Save the inside of the potatoes for another use.

In a large bowl, toss the skins with butter. In a large pan, arrange them skin side up. Bake for 10 minutes and then turn them over.

Sprinkle evenly with cheese and pepper. Bake for 15 more minutes.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
