Recipe Servings: 6 Description: A good alternative to french fries, but just as tasty. 2 tbsp Allergy_none onion , chopped
1/4 cup Allergy_none margarine
1/4 cup Allergy_none flour
1 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/2 tsp Allergy_none dry mustard
dash Allergy_none pepper
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none milk
2 cups Allergy_none cheddar cheese , shredded
1/2 lb Allergy_none ham , cut into 1/8 inch slices
6 cups Allergy_none potato , cooked, sliced

Instructions: Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until melted. Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. Pour into 2-quart casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. Arrange ham and remaining potato slices on top of casserole. Bake at 350, 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
