Saucy ham and potato bake

Recipe Servings: 6 Description: A good alternative to french fries, but just as tasty. Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Mustard, Nightshade, Nut, Onion, Pepper, Pork, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Vinegar, White potato, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese; stir until melted. Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. Pour into 2-quart casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. Arrange ham and remaining potato slices on top of casserole. Bake at 350, 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
