Recipe Servings: 12 muffins Description: A healthy muffin to get you started in the morning Allergens: Animal, Beet, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Miscellaneous, Oats, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.
2. Measure Kellogg's All-Bran cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.
3. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2-1/2 inch muffin-pan cups.
4. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
