1-1/4 cups Allergy_none all purpose flour
1 tbsp Allergy_none baking powder
1/2 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/2 cup Allergy_none sugar
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none kelloggs all-bran cereal
1-1/4 cups Allergy_none milk
1/4 cup Allergy_none vegetable oil
1 Allergy_none egg

Instructions: 1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside.

2. Measure Kellogg's All-Bran cereal and milk into large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.

3. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2-1/2 inch muffin-pan cups.

4. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
