Recipe Servings: 6-8 Description: Great family dish. Omit chicken if you want - its just as good. Allergens: Animal, Capsaicin/peppers, Chicken, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Nightshade, Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites Ingredient List:

| 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) |

Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions just to al dente stage.
2. Drain and rinse to remove starch, with cold water
3. Pour small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and rub pasta to prevent sticking.
4. Mash 4 tbsp of butter in medium bowl and combie with Poultry Magic and chicken.
5. Heat large skillet over high heat until hot.
6. Add chicken and brown, about 2 minutes on first side ad about 1 minute on 2nd side
7. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes more or until sauce is boiling.
8. Add green onion, parsley, garlic and stock.
9. Cook 2 minutes more or until boiling rapidly.
10. Add remaining butter, stirring and shaking pan to mix.
11. Cook 3 minutes and add cooked pasta.
12. Stir and shake pan to mix well.
13. Serve immediately.
