Fish in foil

Recipe Servings: 1 Description: Make this when you want a healthy meal and are cooking for yourself Allergens: Brewers yeast, Citrus, Fermented, Fish, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Lemon, Miscellaneous, Mustard, Nightshade, Squash, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

| generous squeeze |

| 1/4 tsp |

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F. Cut a square of foil. Place the foil with a point toward you. Place the fish on the bottom triangle of foil near you. Top the fish in the order the remaining ingredients are listed. Fold the foil closed and roll and scrunch the edges to seal i the fish. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut the foil open and serve.
