1-8oz fillet Allergy_none fish
1/4 cup Allergy_none zucchini , grated
1/4 cup Allergy_none tomato , diced
sprinkle Allergy_none salt
generous squeeze Allergy_none lemon juice
1 tsp Allergy_none white wine
1/4 tsp Allergy_none dry mustard

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F. Cut a square of foil. Place the foil with a point toward you. Place the fish on the bottom triangle of foil near you. Top the fish in the order the remaining ingredients are listed. Fold the foil closed and roll and scrunch the edges to seal i the fish. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut the foil open and serve.
