2 Allergy_none eggs , beaten
2 tbsp Allergy_none milk
1 tsp Allergy_none seasoned salt

Instructions: Drain oysters. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Dip oysters in egg mixture and roll them in cracker crumbs. Repeat process to form double breading.

Deep Fat Fried: Fry in oil, hot but not smoking(375 degrees) until golden brown. Total frying time is 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.

Pan Fried: Fry in 1/4 inch of oil, hot but not smoking, until bottom side is golden brown, then turn and fry other side until golden brown.
