Golden fried oysters

Recipe Servings: 4 Description: A popular and easy way to enjoy one of the sea's most treasured flavors. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Chicken, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Onion, Oyster, Pepper, Shellfish, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Drain oysters. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Dip oysters in egg mixture and roll them in cracker crumbs. Repeat process to form double breading.
Deep Fat Fried: Fry in oil, hot but not smoking(375 degrees) until golden brown. Total frying time is 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
Pan Fried: Fry in 1/4 inch of oil, hot but not smoking, until bottom side is golden brown, then turn and fry other side until golden brown.
