Beef and rice florentine

Recipe Servings: 4 Description: Quick and tasty beef mixture Allergens: Animal, Beef, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Nightshade, Onion, Rice, Spices, Spinach, Sugar, Tomato, White rice Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Brown beef and onion in oil, leaving in bite-size chunks.
2. Push meat mixture to side of pan and add spinach, water, tomato, salt and oregano. Break up spinach and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
