1 lb Allergy_none ground chuck , boneless, cut into thin strips
1 large Allergy_none onion , sliced
1 clove Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 tbsp Allergy_none oil
3/4 tsp Allergy_none ginger
1 cup Allergy_none green pepper , strips
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none beef bouillon
3 tbsp Allergy_none soy sauce
1-1/2 cups Allergy_none minute rice , dry

Instructions: 1. Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned.
2. Add ginger, green pepper, bouillon and soy sauce.
3. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
