Recipe Servings: 2 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Bean, Beet, Brewers yeast, Carrot, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Legume, Nut, Olive, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

1 pinch Allergy_none sea salt
1 pinch Allergy_none black peppercorn , ground
1 Tbsp Allergy_none basil , fresh, minced
1 whole Allergy_none beet , peeled and diced
1/2 can Allergy_none chickpea , rinsed
1/2 Allergy_none red onion , chopped or minced
1 cup Allergy_none carrot , chopped
1 Tbsp Allergy_none balsamic vinegar
2 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil

Instructions: Simply add all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir together until well blended. Good immediately or chilled in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
