1 - 1/2 cup Allergy_none yogurt , plain
1 clove Allergy_none garlic , freshly crushed or minced
1 - 2 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
1/4 Allergy_none onion , minced
1 tsp Allergy_none cumin , ground
1 pinch Allergy_none sea salt

Instructions: Stick all ingredients in your favorite food processor and blend until smooth.
Now dip all your favorite raw veggies in this for a yummy raw food lunch, or as a colorful, refreshing dip for entertainment.

My favorite veggies with this: cauliflower, zucchini, yellow summer squash, carrots, green beans, and lettuce rolls.
