Recipe Servings: 2 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Brewers yeast, Cinnamon, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Ginger, Honey, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

1-2 sticks Allergy_none cinnamon
1 TBsp Allergy_none black peppercorn , whole seeds
1-1/2 TBsp Allergy_none cardamom , ground
1 TBsp Allergy_none vanilla extract
2 TBsp Allergy_none honey

Instructions: Add 2-4 cups of boiling drinking water to all ingredients and steep covered for about 20 minutes to one hour to taste.

Add honey and soymilk/milk/rice milk/almond milk to taste.
