Recipe Servings: 2-4 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Cinnamon, Fermented, Fructose, Ginger, Honey, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Nutmeg, Pepper, Soy, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tea Ingredient List:

2 tea bags Allergy_none organic green tea
1-2 sticks Allergy_none cinnamon
1 inch Allergy_none ginger , peeled and sliced
2 TBsp Allergy_none cardamom
1/2 tsp Allergy_none nutmeg
1 TBsp Allergy_none white peppercorn , whole seeds
2-3 TBsp Allergy_none honey
1-2 cup Allergy_none soy milk

Instructions: Add all but soy milk and honey to 4 cups water in medium saucepan (I prefer Pyrex or enamel coated cast iron) on high heat. Bring to boil.
Once at rolling boil, bring to simmer, add soy milk and honey and stir. Once honey is thoroughly melted, cover and simmer for at least twenty minutes.
Strain and serve warm.
