Recipe Servings: 2-4 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Bakers yeast, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Olive, Onion, Sesame, Soy, Squash, Sugar, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

QtyName
2 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
1 cup Allergy_none summer squash , yellow, sliced
1 cup Allergy_none onion , sweet vidalia chopped or sliced
1/2 TBsp Allergy_none sesame seeds
1/2 TBsp Allergy_none soy sauce , all soy (gluten free)
2 8"-10" Allergy_none tortillas

Instructions: In medium saucepan on medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
Add veggies and toss until evenly coated in olive oil.
Cook, stirring occasionally for about 3-5 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK to squishiness! Use tortillas as lid for saucepan to get soft with the steam.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame seeds to veggies just before dividing between the two tortillas.
Wrap and eat immediately.


This was the first meal I had after my five-day raw veggie detox. It made me so happy.
