Recipe Servings: 4 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Avocado, Bakers yeast, Bean, Broccoli, Brown rice, Cabbage, Corn, Cumin, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Legume, Nut, Olive, Onion, Pea, Rice, Spices, Squash, Sugar, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

1 TBsp Allergy_none cumin , ground
1 pinch Allergy_none sea salt
1 Allergy_none avocado , pitted and skinned
4 8"-10" Allergy_none tortillas , warmed up
1 cup Allergy_none yellow summer squash , cut into sticks
1 cup Allergy_none onions , sliced
1 cup Allergy_none broccoli or Allergy_none cauliflower , cut florets
1/2 cup Allergy_none green beans
2-4 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
4 cups Allergy_none brown rice , cooked, room temp.

Instructions: In a large skillet on medium-high heat, heat up olive oil. Add the squash, onions, cauliflower, and green beans. Saute until the colors wake up. Add the pinch of salt and cumin.

Slice up avocado on the side.
Add the sauteed veggies to the warm tortillas, add rice and avocado, and wrap up to eat.

I tell you this hits the spot!
