Recipe Servings: 1 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family or on raw food diet. Allergens: Avocado, Bean, Cabbage, Citrus, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Legume, Lemon, Nut, Pea, Sugar, Sweet potato Ingredient List:

1 cup Allergy_none red cabbage , chopped or shredded
1/2 cup Allergy_none yam , peeled and diced
1/2 cup Allergy_none green beans , cut bite-size
1/2 Allergy_none avocado , sliced or diced
1/4 Allergy_none lemon , juiced

Instructions: Simply build salad, cabbage on the bottom, then yams, then green beans, and topped with avocado.

If you are able to, squeeze the lemon juice over the entire salad.

This was surprisingly delicious during my five-day raw veggie detox diet in preparation for discovering my food allergies.

LOVE the yams!!! If you can find the red ones, get them!
