Recipe Servings: 1 meal-sized salad Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Beet, Brewers yeast, Cabbage, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Honey, Olive, Onion, Spices, Sugar, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

2 cups Allergy_none cabbage , red, chopped or shredded
1 whole Allergy_none beet , peeled and diced
1-2 cups Allergy_none red grapes , cut in half
1 - 1/2 cup Allergy_none red onion , diced or sliced
2 T/bsp Allergy_none olive oil
1 TBsp Allergy_none balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Allergy_none honey , dark wildflower
1 pinch Allergy_none sea salt
1 TBsp Allergy_none purple basil , minced

Instructions: Build salad from cabbage to red onion.

In a small bottle, shake up remaining ingredients and pour over salad.

If you can, you could add sunflower seeds and a light sprinkling of hard sharp cheese for toppers.
