Recipe Servings: 1 meal-sized salad Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Apple, Bean, Beet, Brewers yeast, Carrot, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Honey, Legume, Nut, Olive, Onion, Ragweed, Spices, Sugar, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

2 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
1 Tbsp Allergy_none balsamic vinegar
1 TBsp Allergy_none honey
1 tsp Allergy_none mint , or basil, minced
1 whole Allergy_none green apple , cored and diced
1/4 cup Allergy_none onion , sweet vidalia diced or sliced
1/2 Allergy_none beet , peeled and diced
1/2 cup Allergy_none carrot , diced or shredded
1/2 cup Allergy_none chickpeas , canned and rinsed
2 TBsp Allergy_none sharp cheese , grated

In small bottle shake up the remaining ingredients to pour immediately over salad.
