Recipe Servings: 2-4 Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Broccoli, Citrus, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Lemon, Olive, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

QtyName
2 - 4 cups Allergy_none broccoli , cut into florets
1/2 Allergy_none lemon
1-3 cloves Allergy_none garlic , freshly pressed or minced
2-4 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil

Instructions: Steam or blanch broccoli until brilliant in color and still crunchy.

Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for one minute or less. Add the juice of the half of lemon. Immediately add broccoli and stir until broccoli is well covered. DO NOT overcook the broccoli.
Serve immediately.
